I found the hotel's location superb, close to the Cathedral and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room I stayed in was clean and offered a nice view of the cathedral, although it was a bit small and lacked space on either side of the bed. The service was top-notch, especially since it was my first visit to Worcester. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, as it was either cold or they had run out of items, and the buffet felt a bit overpriced. Despite the minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Worcester, particularly during the festive season.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Cathedral in the heart of Worcester, making it a fantastic spot for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and fresh, but on the smaller side, and the service was friendly but with a minor issue of a cigarette smell in the hallway. The dining experience was excellent, with freshly cooked meals that set us up for the day, although some might find the prices a bit steep. Overall, a decent stay with great central location and delicious food.

I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms had great views of the town and countryside beyond, which I loved, but they were slightly small. However, the panoramic city view made the room feel bigger. The service was a bit indifferent initially, but the reception staff turned out to be accommodating and friendly. The location was better than expected, very central and clean, though the dining experience was not up to standard. The facilities were decent overall.
